Day
1: Nairobi – Transfer to Amboseli
Upon
arrival at the airport, you will be met by our company driver/representative.
Immediately depart for Amboseli to arrive before lunch time. Have a short game
drive as you head to the lodge for lunch. Check in and later enjoy lunch then
relax before your afternoon game drive at 4 O’clock for 2 hours. Return later
to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

2: Amboseli – Full day
Spend
this day with morning game drives after breakfast till lunch time. Return to
the lodge/Camp for lunch at 1300 hours. Relax by the pool after lunch.
Afternoon game drive is at 4o’clock for 2 hours.

3: Amboseli – Transfer to Aberdares
Have
an early morning breakfast and immediately depart for Aberdares to arrive at
lunch time. Lunch will be served at Aberdares Country Lodge. Later enjoy a
joint game drive as you drive to The Ark lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
At the lodge you will enjoy game viewing at a deck overlooking a waterhole.

4: Aberdares – Transfer to Samburu
Have
breakfast then depart for Samburu passing through the equator line to Samburu
land. Arrive with a short game drive en route to the camp for lunch. After
lunch, relax before a game drive at 4p.m. Samburu Park has unique residents
including the Reticulated Giraffe, Grevy’s Zebra, Beisa Oryx and the Blue
legged Somali Ostrich.

5: Samburu – Full day
Enjoy
morning and afternoon game drives in search of unique northern Kenya species
such as the reticulated giraffe, beisa oryx, Grevy’s zebra, and the long-necked
gerenuk. Much of the reserve consists of desert landscape; dusty red plains
broken by thorny scrub, featuring dramatic views of table top Mt Ol Olokwe on
the horizon. All meals are taken at the camp.

6: Samburu – Transfer to Sweetwaters
Have
breakfast at the camp and immediately depart for Sweetwaters. This is a
beautiful private game reserve and home to rare species such as Beisa oryx,
Rothschild’s giraffe and black rhino. Game drives here reveal the full range of
African wildlife including lion, leopard, cheetah, elephant and hippo. Enjoy a
private visit with the tame animals at the wildlife orphanage. Observe chimps
at the Chimpanzee Sanctuary.

7: Sweetwaters – Transfer to Lake Nakuru
Leave
Sweetwaters for Lake Nakuru arriving in time for lunch at Sarova Lion Hill.
Relax and later have a game drive at 4p.m. You will meet great masses of
Flamingos not forgetting the endangered white and black rhino found in this
park.

8: Lake Nakuru – Transfer to Lake Naivasha
Have
breakfast then have another game drive till mid-morning when you depart for
Lake Naivasha which is less than 2 hours away. Arrive and check in at the lodge
by lunch time. Have lunch and later enjoy a hike in Hells Gate. Alternatively,
have a boat ride.

9: Lake Naivasha – Transfer to Maasai Mara
Have
an early breakfast then depart for Maasai Mara to arrive for lunch at the lodge.
Have lunch then relax before an afternoon game drive at 4o’clock.

10 & 11: Maasai Mara – Full day game drives
These
2 days will be spent with morning and afternoon game drives that lead one to some
of Africa’s largest lion prides, herds of zebra, antelopes, buffaloes,
wildebeest, giraffes, cheetahs, and hyenas. There will be picnic lunches on all
the days. Look out for the migration.

Day
12: Maasai Mara – Transfer to Nairobi
Have
breakfast at the camp then check out and drive to Nairobi arriving in time for
lunch. Lunch is served at Carnivore Restaurant or one of your choices. In the
afternoon, you can have a short trip to Giraffe Centre and Karen Blixen or do a
little shopping for souvenirs at Kazuri Beads. Later be dropped at your hotel
or airport.
