Western Tanzania Safari /8 Days

Day 1 + 2 + 3 – Mon/Tue/Wed 

Pick up from your hotel and transfer to Arusha airport. Check in and board your shared charter flight to Katavi. On arrival transfer to lodge/tented camp. Afternoon safari drives in a shared vehicle. Overnight at lodge/tented camp in Katavi National Park on full board basis including scheduled activities and park fees. Activities include game-drives and guided walking safaris.

Day 4 + 5 + 6 + 7 – Thu/Fri/Sat/Sun

After breakfast, transfer to airstrip for shared charter flight to Mahale National Park. On arrival transfer to lodge/tented camp for lunch and day activities. Overnight at lodge/tented camp on full board basis including scheduled activities and park fees.

Activities include chimpanzee tracking, forest walks, dhow trips on Lake Tanganyika, snorkeling and fishing

Day 8 – Thu

Day at leisure, until your transfer to the airstrip where you board your shared charter to Arusha.
